  • All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We currently offer Standard Shipping to the following destinations:
  • United States (USA): Including all 60 of the 62 states as indicated in our system (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination:
A. United States (USA):
  • Method: Standard Domestic Shipping
  • Cost: FREE
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 - 4 business days after processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
  • Reishi Therapy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense. If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund for the product cost, less the original shipping charges and any return fees charged by the carrier.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team at info@reishitherapy.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking information shows no recent updates, please contact our Customer Support team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the investigation to be completed. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain locations due to local regulations. We will notify you if we are unable to ship a product to your specified address.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.
