6.1. Eligibility for the 2x Money-Back Guarantee:
  • The guarantee applies to your first purchase of any single Reishi Therapy product.
  • It is applicable if you are not satisfied with the product's efficacy after using it as directed for a reasonable period.
  • The claim must be made within sixty (30) days from the date of delivery.
6.2. How the 2x Money-Back Guarantee Works:
  • If you are not satisfied with your first-time product purchase as per the eligibility criteria above, we will refund you twice (2x) the purchase price of that specific product, excluding any shipping costs.
  • To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team at info@reishitherapy.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience with the product.
  • We may request the return of the unused portion of the product. If requested, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The 2x refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days after your claim is approved (and after we receive the returned product, if applicable).
6.3. Limitations of the 2x Money-Back Guarantee:
  • This guarantee is limited to one (1) claim per product, per customer or household.
  • It does not apply to subsequent purchases of the same product or purchases of different products after a claim has been made on an initial product.
  • The guarantee does not cover issues such as damage during shipping (which is covered under our standard return/refund policy for damaged goods), ordering the wrong product, or change of mind.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a 2x money-back guarantee claim if we suspect abuse of the policy (e.g., fraudulent claims, excessive claims).
6.4. Standard Returns and Refunds (for issues not covered by the 2x Guarantee, e.g., damaged goods, incorrect items):
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a standard refund (1x the product price) at our discretion.
  • For standard returns (e.g., unopened products due to ordering error), please contact customer service. Returns must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
